Mr. Adeniran is a 1988 graduate of Business Administration from The Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, He Started his carrier with Wintrust limited in 1989 as an Investment Executive and rose to the position of General Manager, and he joined the services of Investment and Capital Development Company in 1991 where he set up the Stock broking department. In December 1994 he joined the services of Anchoria Investment & Securities ltd as the General Manager where he also set up the Firm as a Stock broking Firm; in 1997 he joined the services of Sanbros Trust & Securities Ltd as a General Manager from where he rose to the board as the Executive Director Investment Banking. He left the services of Sanbros to set up Readings Investment Ltd in December 2003. Mr. Adeniran is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an Associate of both the Nigerian Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Marketing and also holds an MBA. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian Capital Market.



Kanmi Osobu attended the University of Ilorin from where he graduated with Second Class upper division in Business Administration in 1987. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange . He started his working carrier with the firm of I D Gbotosho & Co. a firm of Chartered Accountants in 1989 after the National Youth Service Corps. He joined the services of Lead Bank in 1993 as a banking officer. While in Lead Bank he worked in various departments including Audit, International Operations, Corporate Banking & Treasury. He resigned from Lead Bank in August 2002 as the Treasurer of the Bank to join Bond Bank Plc. He was the pioneer Regional Manager at Bond Bank in Abuja; he was later transferred to the Head Office to head the bank’s Product & Markets Division. He resigned from Bond Bank as a Deputy General Manager in January 2006. Kanmi has attended various professional training on funds and asset Management both in Nigeria and abroad.



Babatunde is a 2001 graduate of Economics from University of Ilorin, he started his career with Capital Trust Stock Brokers Limited (one of the foremost brokerage firms in Nigeria) as Management Trainee, where he worked across various divisions. Babatunde is responsible for developing, implementing and updating internal policies and procedures, AML/CFT Compliance program, Market Abuse prevention, anti Fraud, customer service processes and trainings for Readings Investments Ltd. He has attended various training on Compliance and Risk Management with institutions such as Thomson Reuters Accelus, Forensic & Compliance institute U.S.A, OpenSpaces Compliance Consultant Ltd (U.K), Capital Market Oversight & Development Training Program (SEC Nigeria and the US Securities & Exchange Commission), the Lagos Multi-Door CourtHouse (ADR) e.t.c. He is a member of Committee of Chief Compliance Officer of Capital Market Operators in Nigeria.



Attended the University of Benin from where he graduated with a Second Class Upper Division in Economics and Statistics in 2006. He also has a HND in Accountancy from Yaba college of Technology. He started his working career with Citizens International Bank limited (now  Heritage Bank) as an IT. He did his National Youth Service Corp (NYSE) in Borno State. He is an associate Member Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and an authorized clerk of the Nigeria Stock Exchange. He joined Readings Investments Limited in 2008.



Is a graduate of Accounting from the Lagos State University, Lagos and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
She worked as the head of Accounts of Crossworld Securities Limited, managing the finance of the company and its subsidiary for over 5 years. She is versatile in financial reporting and has over Seven years’ experience as an accountant in the Capital Market.

Adebisi joined Readings Investments Limited as Chief Finance Officer.




A graduate of Marketing (HND) from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin in 2001. Obtained a degree in Management and an MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso. He is a registered officer with (SEC) Securities and Exchange Commission. He is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He joined Readings Investments Limited in May 2006.
